Who are the PTFA?
We are a team of parents, teachers, relatives and supporters of both the Infant and Junior academies.  We work together to lend additional support to its staff and pupils across a range of academic and social activities. 

What is the role of the PTFA?
We operate as charitable trusts, assisting the academies in many areas, from reading groups and costume-making to helping out with trips and performances, as well as organising larger fundraising activities and social events. Our aim is to develop close links between the academies and its community raising much needed funds for our children's education. 

Funds Raised
All proceeds from fundraising activities are reinvested into the academies.  At the Infants we purchase Christmas presents for our children each year, have invested in playground equipment, library corners, encourage recycling with some interesting alien bins, purchased musical instruments and role play equipment.
