We will be starting a new unit on fractions this week learning about equal and unequal parts before finding a half, quarter and a third of a shape. |
| Wider Curriculum |
PSHE- We will be learning about the benefits of good dental hygiene. Art – We will be still life drawing focusing on accuracy and attention to detail. Music – This term we are lucky to have some African drums in school. Our first lesson will be learning about the drums, how to hold them and how to strike them. P.E. - We are developing our accuracy skills as we strike the ball with a bat within a game situation. Computing – We will combining directional and distance instructions to move a character. R.E - To understand the importance of Eid. |
